We understand the importance of minimizing downtime while performing any type of maintenance and for that reason, we will do everything we can to expedite this process. While our Network Administrators are conducting the maintenance we do not expect any type of downtime or impact to your services but internal systems such as access to your customer support portal, live support may be inaccessible for approximately 15 minutes, or up to the duration of the full maintenance window.
